The thing that comes to mind in XOOPS are the flash banner ads. Any other pieces people are worried about?

Do people think this needs to be addressed in the core, as a hack, or simply in modules that deal with embeded content?

Well, Same as you. I never can't do any change to the file permision... Until when I Used the Cute FTP program...

I Think it works with any ftp Program.

Resume function is necessary only if the DL. is interrupted!

.... yes I use it normaly, I've try again with normal DL. and say is corrupted... in the next time I'll try with an 3° pc with S.O. Linux, last attempt was doing with 1 pc with win98 and another one with win xp...

In this Brasil Module Pack Thread they list over 100 XOOPS modules, and it is not even all of them. (Some on the list are blocks, not modules, but I'm not sure users care).

As the number of modules increases, I find it gets harder and harder to keep track of them all.

So, I took a stab at trying to create a categorized list. I would like others thoughts on this... better category names, modules belong to another category, etc.
