For free templates for 4images try http://www.vierstra.com/4images_templates.htm

Among others they have a theme called 4default_wide which is a 100% default theme

You also need to chmod 777 your template files, you can edit the templates in 4images admin

I have the same problem on my site (hosted by an hosting service) and this morning I removed XOOPS 2.04 completely, I also removed all XOOPS tables in MySQL and installed XOOPS again. After new installation I still have the same problem. A new problem appeared as well: I can no longer login. user.php isn't working as well!
The strange thing is that till yesterday I didn't have a problem at all!.

You will find a file called config.new.php. Take out the text that is in it until you are left with this:

rename it config.php and give it 666 chmod permissions and upload it to 4images root.

As I understand, that project is on hold due to other priorities of the developers We hope they'll soon pick up the thread and start developing again.

As for the amember software, that will not be incorporated into XOOPS as a module, since it isn't opensource software, and the licence doesn't permit it.

Do i create a file for the php section
and another one HTML for the block?

Just wondering what everyone did for banner management? Reason I ask is that I plan to have 3 banner sections. 1 in the title bar, and 1 each in the left and right side columns. As the top banner section will be suited to horizontal banners, and the side ones will be suited to vertical banners, I was wondering if there was anyway to specify in the banners section which ones to display where?

Excellent, I know things take time.

Once the new XOOPS structure gets underway, maybe one of the module team would like to take this under thier wing with you and help make it better.
