most of the settings are in default.
my xoops site is in a subdomain.

and i tried to login throughhttp://www.forum.mysite.com
and it worked! but every links are still without the www.
i managed to disable protector and clear off the banned ip list.
but still the problem persist.
most users are still banned.
I reset my IP address and i managed to get it, but after several page view, I get banned again.
this is funny. any hints?

I can't get in my site.
all of a sudden i get this

go into your database through the phpmyadmin if you have.
look for your database table.
clear all the yourtablename_session

my site generates error on front page.
through the (example url:http://forum.thiswebsite.com)
BUT i have no problem login in and running the site

I wish to move my xoops cbb forum to phpbb3. Don't think there is any converter for it. This includes the user table as well.
and im looking for people who knows xoops and phpbb to do the job.

I got confuse with the new system of xoops ever since the xoops_data / lib / protector came in bundle with it.
It used to be straight forward when moving site. Just make changes to mainfile.php.
Now, i can't find my information in mainfile.php. I forgot which database i used / prefix / password.
Which file can I find those information?

I got 343 post in a forum thread. (newbb module)
and I need to change 343 of the titles of the posts.
how do i go about without manual editing 1 by 1 through the admin interface.
