Note the my modules and themes.

No monies earned by the XOOPS Foundation have been used in any way for impress cms. It was me who arranged the ads deals with TLA, so yes, it was me who had success

moderators, please remove these three posts from user Herculoid.

This user is Mikhail Miguel, who already hacked the xoops.org servers several times, and has done so with the XOOPS Foundation servers as well. The first two posts have been made by myself on the Foundation website's private forums, many months ago. So they were -at that time, accurate. The last post by Herculoid is his own invention, and definately not true.

We will publish the 2007 year report real soon, which will feature a financial report drawn up by an accountant. This will be the current board's last report, we are working hard to find a solution to the current impasse -a solution that comes close to what marco suggests.

Again, please remove Herculoid's posts, they are made by a known (and proven) hacker, who is wanted for questioning by the police in the NL for hacking xoops.org servers.

PHPMyspaceGold is actually an e-xoops/runcms (based on XOOPS1) branch with continued development that is being sold with breach of the license terms (copyrights removed, sourcecode not made available). It is their right to sell the package, but they should include the terms of the GPL in those parts of the code where it is appropriate. We have had contact with the Software Freedom Law Center about this issue, but it's a lot of work to find out where popscripts.com (the owners of the website) are located and to legally force them to abide by the terms in the GPL.

This as a small addition to the context of phpmyspace gold.

there are the novell forge files and the myxoopsforge files that work with XOOPS2 (mostly).

http://forge.novell.com --> http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?forge
http://dev.xoops.org --> http://dev.xoops.org/modules/xfmod/project/?myxoopsforge

This should get you started pretty ncely

The MySQL connections were causing the server to fail at rebooting, this is fixed now. Dev.xoops.org is back up.

That other site is lying. XOOPS.org was down because the current servers are not up to the task (not enough disk space causes apache to freeze). We have got two new servers ready for use, but moving this site involves a lot more then just copying some code and a database. But, it's being worked on as I type this.

There's no legal requirement for any audit whatsoever. The $500/year in donations doesn't warrant it either. The members of the Board are legally not allowed to be paid for their work for the Foundation, the spending of monies is governed by the goals of the foundation as put in the statutes. It's that simple

At the end of this month everything regarding the Foundation will be published online, and from then on, with regular updates. This is a solid promise.

I'm interested. Did you integrate the store widget, or do you pull dynamic data from your astore and put them on your site?

Surmunity is a community forum, where members of the community can help eachother out and answer some of the questions asked by potential new clients. The staff frequent the board, but it is not their main channel of providing pre-sales info.

I've been with SUrpass for a few years, and had very few problems, and very good support.

Surpass is a XOOPS supporter, they know the system and actively support the project. XOOPS.org will be hosted on Surpass servers soon.

I can recommend Surpass, but you'll have to find out for yourself
