I am in the process of hacking the mydownload module to enable me to create a book-management module in which I will be able to upload books to my Web site and indicate for each book the versions available and the download module will then display multiple version downloads for each book. Right...
As a member of the dev team, I had a responsibility to move my site to XOOPS not because of being on the team but, because I think XOOPS IS a superior product. That being said, my site, Boardjive.com is now running XOOPS RC3.04 and my own theme.

We have just upgraded our site to the latest development version (CVS + Smarty). We are now using Smarty template engine as the new theme system. Now, what is Smarty, and what would be the benefit for us users and developers?

They are coming thick and fast at the moment, another module update, this version release Friend Finder 2.81 had a bug in the search feature fixed and a hack to incororate Friend Finder into the Waiting Contents block to make it easier for Admins to see when there has been a submission.
