What does your site look like now? Got a URL?

The php-script used on bornslacker.com is a php-nuke template...

However, I think you might be able to achieve the same sort of effect, by using a 100% width span template, and you can adjust the block settings to be in the center...then adjust the center blocks weight (1 for top, 2 for bottom, or if you have like 6 things in the center, 6 weight would be the bottom)

hope this helps a lil bit,

Depending if you have a two column theme or a three column theme you could achieve the look a couple of ways.

If you have a two column theme you could set the Shoutbox block to center-right, and the News to center-left and the Forums to center-center.

Also you can check here to see if this would work for you:

Multi-block Hack to add center blocks above and below content.

actually i'm using XOOPS as well. My websit is setup to use left column, center, and right column. I'm using the news spotlight module (center) and the wfsection spotlight (center weight 2) and then recent topics (center weight 3). Hope this helps.

Go into your administation menu. Then click on blocks. You want "List all blocks." Once you have all the blocks listed, you can insert and position them where you want. It is pretty straight forward. If you run into trouble, consult the FAQ.

Go to the FAQ's and read the section on blocks and go to the 'documentation' link on the left and get the administration manual...and if you still aren't sure find the search button top right. Please read the redb4u post link below.
