Note: I would be willing to pay someone if they can get the module working. I cannot afford much, but I will pay.

I am having a problem with Friend Finder 3.3. When I try to post a profile it does not save the profile and returns to the submit profile page. I am running XOOPS 2.0.18.1 Does anyone know how to fix this,or have a working copy?

Here is the output from debug:

I cleared everything out, and started with a fresh install. It did the same thing. So then I tried an install of 2.0.16, and the menus appeared. I then tried it again with 2.2.5 and again, no menus. 2.2.3 used to work on this machine, so I am not certain what is wrong. It makes no sense for me to use 2.0.16 as my server runs 2.2.3. Unfortunally, the MySQL/blocks debug does not work on the main page so I am lost at getting info there. Any other suggestions????

I just did am installation on my local machine and the blocks are not showing on the main page. I get no menus, no login block, and if I create a block it does not show either. Here is my system

MySQL 5.0.21
PHP 5
Xoops 2.2.3a Final

Here is the PHP Debug on the main page:

Have you tried posting on Herve's forums??? It may be that he could work it into the next version.

There are several things it could be. First make sure you install the CBB module in the modules admin area. Second, make sure you set the permissions for the forums Admin:Modules:Froum:Permissions. Other than that, I am not sure what it could be.

I had the same problem after upgrading to the latest version of Frameworks, and solved it by deleting the xoops22 folder under Frameworks. I am using 2.2.3 though.

Yes, but the 2.2.x branch is no longer supported, although you can get plenty of support on these forums. I use 2.2.3 without problems. However, there are problems with upgrading. I found it easier to backup my database and do a clean install. You lose any hacks you may have done, but at the same time avoid many problems of upgrading version by version.
