Sorry, do you want someone to convert it for you or are you going to convert it for a price?

there are the novell forge files and the myxoopsforge files that work with XOOPS2 (mostly).

http://forge.novell.com --> http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?forge
http://dev.xoops.org --> http://dev.xoops.org/modules/xfmod/project/?myxoopsforge

This should get you started pretty ncely

thanks for your help.

With the novell one, it just says access denied, whenever i try to configure it. or visit any page under admin.

Also when i try the xoopsforge one, and i press start a new project, i get to the terms agreement and i click agree, then it goes back to the home page? And if i click groups management the scrren goes blank.

Any ideas please?

Many thanks for your kind input

Hiya Biggsy,

I am pretty busy at the moment, but if you can give me until after the weekend, I will try and look at this and see if I can get it working for you.

The person you really need to ask about that is predator, he is the orginal author of this and would be able to answer your questions properly. But, as I said let me have a look at it after the weekend and see if I can atleast get it working on XOOPS 2.17.

Hiya Biggsy,

I have looked over the code and to be VERY honest with you, even if I did manage to get it to work and at a point to where it was workable, I would not be a very happy server admin to have it on a server. To be quite honest with you, it is very very unsafe and I personally wouldn't use it.

This software not only needs some TLC but rewritten in just about every sense of the word from the ground up.

If I was you I would look elsewhere for a solution, I think there will be a lot better software and more secure for the job you want to use it for.

Sorry to disappoint you,

But I am being very honest with you.
