Hi.
I am doing a site for a group of business and I need 2 functionalities that I can't seem to find:
1. What's the easiest way to make a sort of business directory where there's a list of businesses, alpha and by catagory, and then you click on the business and it shows their contact info, mission, target market, etc.
2. Then we'd like to cross-reference the information so that someone can pull up, say all of the statistics, or all of the mission statements on one page.
Sound possible? Any module that can easily do that for a relatively low-techno user base?

I went back and she had taken off the title from the second article so I asked her to put it back cause it's hard to change something that's not there!
Anyways, still need help with this and also in the xPress, quotation markes typed in come up funny. Not sure what editor to use. I remember it looking complicated when I tried to figure it out so gave up.

Hi. Thanks for looking at it! Yes, they wanted to not have a title for the first article since there's already the module heading at the top.
The second article has a title.

I can't seem to get the wordpress theme change to show up in xpress. I just want the titles to be a different color so there's more distinction between one article and another on caprotect.org.

I'm wanting to do just about the same thing.
You could try editing the Recent Posts or Recent Topics blcocks to just show the selected forums, BUT on mine, it's not saving the changes.
Can someone help with block changes not saving? Then we might have this solved...

xProject looks interesting, but doesn't mention anything about actually tracking / summarizing time or email parsing. Do you know if it does these things?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has tried both xhelp and zentrack and could offer some comparison.
One feature I didn't see mentioned with either is the ability to record in the system time spent on tickets.

Hi. Subject pretty much says it. Yikes! My server support guy hasn't helped much so far. If it could be something on the server or cPanel I could have him check, that would help. Don't know where else to turn
