Hi. I was wondering if anyone has tried both xhelp and zentrack and could offer some comparison.

One feature I didn't see mentioned with either is the ability to record in the system time spent on tickets.

xhelp tracks time, it's kind of simple though compared to a cerberus kind of system.

I'd recommend you take a look at xProject

xProject looks interesting, but doesn't mention anything about actually tracking / summarizing time or email parsing. Do you know if it does these things?
