We also have that but at first it was the cable company that had that included in the bill, but we also used to recive another one for the same thing but printed by the national tv, and since most of the people didn't wanna pay that especialy cause it was twice...the national tv included that in the electricity bill

If you have the 2.2.3 vesion you MUST check THIS article and proceed as described there.
However the 2.2.4 version is labeled as NOT RECOMENDED as you could see in the download section and it should NOT be used on a production site, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you as are some that have it runing and some experience several isues discused here in the forums.

As you are runin XOOPS 2.2.3 or 2.2.4 as i can see you must go with THIS forum .

In XOOPS 2.1.3 go to admin side of your XOOPS site and go to system => Edit User and on that page you'll find the "Add user" form
In XOOPS 2.2.4 go to admin side of your XOOPS site and go to modules => Extended Profiles => Users and on that page you'll find the "Add user" form

Apache2Triad 1.5.1 was allways a very unstable version and all my experiences with it ended with the apache's dead, if you still like to keep apache2triad you should go with the the Apache2Triad 1.4.3 or 1.4.4, i am runing an apache2triad 1.4.3 on my home pc for several months and no problems, if you wanna move from to another package you can check THIS thread as they are a few others mentioned and they reflect several other XOOPS users experiences

i live in an apartment building and there are about 6 apartments on the floor , just old folks that don't have much to do but to spy on people , think they have a counter for all the people coming over.
