lemomo -

As sbkiller mentioned, you will either put the javascript code in your theme.html file or in a custom block.

If you are wondering where to get such code, there are many free and commercial menus available. Before spending any money, you might want to check out Dynamic Drive.

Here's a link to their menu scripts:

Hope that helps.

Good luck!

There will be a lot of opinions on the first one, but I'll give you my recommendations.

1. Quanta+ - There isn't anything that is a true replacement for Dreamweaver (you can use Crossover Office and actually run Dreamweaver on Linux if you wanted to), but I think Quanta+ is one of the best html editors for Linux. Another one that I've started hearing some good things about is called nvu. It's a reworked and enhanced version of Netscape Composer. I haven't used it though.

2. Gimp - There are other image programs in Linux, but I believe Gimp is the best of the bunch. If you opted for running Dreamweaver using Crossover Office (codeweavers.com), you can also run Photoshop with it.

I wouldn't go out and buy either of those products (too much $$), but if you already own them, for an extra $39 (cost of Crossover Ofice Std), you can still get some use out of them.

Just for the sake of accuracy -

Chapi wrote the original TinyContent

GIJoe hacked it to created TinyD (TinyContent Duplicatable)

TinyD is the first module I load after a new install. I don't think I could live without it.

Thanks Chapi and GIJoe!

sbkiller -

From what I saw, they were totally different programs. Of the two, I'd say Webmail2 is the newer one.

I'm really glad to see people getting it working. I did get it to work for 2 test emails, and then it blew up. I never did get the chance to see what happened.

Looks like I may not need to now.

eXtcal does have a minicalendar.

It's still in the early stages of development, but appears to be coming along quite nicely.

You can see a demo here.

I just checked. Seven-blue is available for download from xoops-themes.org.

Here's the link:

djsckizo -

First of all, Novell is offering a free dl of 9.1 Personal now, so I wouldn't pay them $40 for it.

Secondly, you'll find that the Personal version is pretty well stripped down. However, there's nothing stopping you from install the packages you need.

Once you add apache, mysql, and php, you should be good to go.

Or, if you want Pro, you can request a free copy of that as well (I'll have to find the link). Believe it or not, they'll send you the DVD for free.

No support, but hey, that's what google is for.

deepti,

I tried using CoffeeCup as well, and in addition to havin gproblems with it, it made my page very large, which would be a problem for people with slow connections. The problem I had above was using Tigra menu. I believe there is a workaround, but I didn't find out about it until I had already switched to COOLjsMenu Pro, which worked great for me. You can find it athttp://javascript.cooldev.com/scripts/coolmenu/.

Good luck.

Right now, you have a directory under modules called "tinycontent". If you want another copy running on your site, create another directory under the modules directory called "tinycontent0" and upload to that directory. Doing that, you can have up to 11 copies of TinyContent running on your site.

I hope that makes sense.

Ugh, late here. Had I read your first post more carefully, I would have realized that. Don't really care for SQMail, was hoping for something that would do multiple accounts with the same login.

And the search continues...

Thanks for the reply.
