I created a User-Group Portal using 2.0.x and a modified sport theme. Most of the stuff is password protected for Care users only, so you can't really see it. There are discussion forums, a feature wishlist (where users can vote on items for development), document store - tools needed for the User group community to drive the product development forwards.
