One of the strengths of XOOPS is that people who have few skills in web practice and usage can go live in a very short time with a site that features good content, a secure and practical interface, and little training in terms of operation and content publication. Their webmaster was given about five hours of hands-on training, at most, with no prior web site content or usage education. The site has fresh content each month and is finding a growing number of visitors in a demographic that has previously had little contact with the internet. Moreover, they have learned that they no longer need to depend on a webmaster to publish their materials when he/she gets around to it.

As the site continues to stay online, it is hoped that more visitors will become interested and seek to become a part of this very special ministry.
