What will I find there ? As stated in the Xoops-Doc motto : « All the documentation ». The ambition is to gather existing tutorials related to our most favourite portal system. Domains like installations, configurations, customisations and even module developments are going to be developed. Documentation classification are going to be based on knowledge level of the users : from starters or initiate… to expert. Furthermore, Xoops-Doc is going to propose very complet FAQ along with an interactive installation guide to allow starters to set their Xoops site up in few minutes…

What won’t be there…
Xoops-Doc being a support site for… support sites, you won’t find any forums. The XD ambition being to gather documentations and not online support.

The library team
The current team is composed by various french speaking support network representatives, along with newcomers extremely dynamic and competent, bringing in their own experience, in their respective domains. Of course, you are more than welcome to support this initiative! You have experience and knowledge? Do not hesitate to share with the community through advices, guides and tutorials you would like to write!

Still on the way…
Started in May, the Xoops-Doc is far from being finished… of course. The free time workers and initiators are still working on feeding the site with documentations. But all your remarks and comments are more than welcome here, or on the Xoop-France forums.

Still, the Xoops-Doc team would like to thank our partners (XF, XM, XT) for support and hard work put in this project. And, as stated by the well-known expression: « Longue vie à Xoops-Doc ! »
