Anyways, to make a short story long, after losing the entire site to hackers on the morning of April 15th, 2004, I immediately went in search of a replacement and within the hour had settled on XOOPS. Downloading the software and installing it and getting the site, at least back to the point of allowing people back in and open for user registration took less than 2 hours.

I'm thrilled to say that we are extremely happy with XOOPS and, although we have a steep learning curve ahead, we feel that we'll not suffer the same fate as awaited us the other morning!
