Beeing xoops user for almost two years, I see and taste many portal solutions, but none can compare like Xoops.
Live in a small port of the peruvian north coast, there was no much websites activity regarding my hometown, so I opened my site first in simple html and later Nuke, but discovering Xoops was the best that can happen to me and my site,so Nuke was left behind, I hacked a 7dana theme, one of the best themes producers around, I know a website need a lot of dedication, Xoops give me the ability to make the first step.
