The really great thing is that you can work together with others, on the site, at the same time and my helpers needn't have any ftp access or even any specialist knowledge. With this in mind we have developed the FAQ to help visitors get the most from the site and help them contribute to it, in plain straight forward language, which we often forget to do.
(could do with a spell checker though!)
