Im looking for something that can easily be configured yet looks nice and not too simple. I would also prefer something you can simply upload images via your browser.

This would make it easier for clients to upload this way rather than ftp. Because as you know some clients can be dunces when it comes to a task like that.

I also want some with thumbnails.....
Your suggestions will be quite helpful.

I use xcGallery (xcGal Link has DNS problems at time of posting)

You can see it in action on my site (Such as it is)

*edit*

Guess I should provide a link huh?

Thank You HughG & Stewdio,
I was slamming my head against the wall looking for such the thing, as well as a workable link! I was already using the coppermine gallery so now its simple for me just to transfer the stuff over. :)

Actually it rocks man....

I have one question though...Has anyone been able to edit the template or use themes on this version. I know it's still a RC candidate but I was hoping I could use my previously created theme in here somehow.

Because it looks quite drab!
I tried eidting the CSS but that didnt do jack!

It's probably going to take me a bit while longer but I am currently working on a port of the latest release of the Coppermine Photo Gallery that I'm dubbing xCMGallery. Not only will it be the latest release, but it'll also include the ability to have other media files in addition to pictures such as MPG's and WMV's. When I'm done with it, it should use your existing theme, as much as possible, like all good modules should.

I'm also attempting to keep exact track of all the changes I am making and plan on providing those (search and replace statements) as well as a listing of all the files added or deleted from the core Coppermine install. In theory, that means one could update to a newer version of Coppermine in the future with minor modifications of the "script" without waiting for someone else to get off their ass and do it for them.

Don't hold your breath waiting for this port however. I have a 5-month old baby girl who requires a lot of attention.
