Ok - It's me again. And I need a little help.

I downloaded someone's version of WF-sections that had modifications made to it according to what was discussed in the forums. Works great! But there are some cosmetic things that I need a little help with changing.

Here is the page:

I'd like to remove this stuff from the page:

WF-Sections
Main Index
This is a test header 2
This is a test footer

And then move everything up under the "articles" banner. Can someone point me in the right direction to which file this stuff comes from. I've just spent about 2 hours looking and can't find it!

In modules/wfsections/index.php

Around line 13

echo "<table border='0' cellspacing='1' cellpadding ='3' align = center width = 100%>";

Try taking out these echo lines perhaps one at a time to see what they do, these are the lines, but you will find out which lines you wish to remove that way


These lines are taken out from your index page configure in wfsections:

This is a test header 2
This is a test footer

Thanks, Jack! I got the first part of this changed the way I want it. However, I don't really understand what you mean when you say:

These lines are taken out from your index page configure in wfsections:

This is a test header 2
This is a test footer

I checked the "configuration" for the wf-section module and these do not appear there. Am I missing something again?

I'm not 100% sure, but I 'think' you can remove this from the language file, but I also seem to think that there was a section int he admin area to edit this wasn't there? It's been a loong time sonce I've used WF, so my memory of it's interface isn't all that clear.

In admin if you move your curser over the wfsection icon, the pop-up will have a link to "index Page Management"

Yes this does not appear in the main config screen

Yes that's right Stew, you can change this in the configuration of wf-section in section management onder header and footer text

I believe CatzieWolfie is working on making a more intuitive config layout. As it is now it is indeed quite confusing
