hi
i would like to get pages displayed like they are displayed in the index of xoops.org, so which steps that i can pass, because i use multimenu 1.9 and i am not satisfied.

i have downloaded "news tabs" module but it can not help me

It is the MyTabs module.

or do you mean the menus down the left side of the xoops.org top page?
