hi all

I very interest design "news" area in Xoops.org

can i design it with news module? (it had 4 tabs,..)

Just use the "MyTabs" module, and then select the block that you want to display. What we have are some "custom blocks", and some are standard blocks, coming directly form other modules.

I think it's an ordinary custom block.
Go to admin blocks and add a new block with the wanted title and HTML content.
