Any news about the 2.2.5 release?

I'm waiting for this to solve the problems with Wysiwyg editor given by 2.2.4 patch.

thanks
Toto

We've just had the release of 2.0.14.

Please be patient for the next releases

The question is warranted.

See the dev site as 2.25 was mentionned for bugfixes quite a while before 2.0.14 was released.

Hopefully the 2.2.5 bugfixes will come out at some point also.

Cheers.

The dev's don't touch in 2.2.5 more that 8 weeks ago, and i saw anywere that the date of release of 2.2.5 are to be almost the same time that 2.0.14.

But I still wait :) for the new version of 2.2.X series

And i'm waiting also for: :)
"Some of the 2.3 theming layer features, like templates and images overloading have been backported to it and will also be added to 2.2.5."

but the phppp are working hard in 2.2.5, but maybe he is stop for a while..

but i think this stop is also because 2.2.X are discontinued, and we will have more one or two bugfix packaged, and are now some know bug that will not be fixed.

He have to wait for 2.3/2.4 upgrade, to have the best performance and bugfree.

I think perhaps its because the developers where concentrating on getting 2.0.14 out of the way first....

As I said, please be patient...

I he have to pray for that the upgrade for 2.3/2.4 don't take so long that the 2.2.x are so discontinued that he can't update our modules, because don't support (or fully support) on this discontinued serie.

I think that the priority it had to 2.0.X and 2.2.X become only one, in 2.3 version of xoops, and not speed time in implement new funcionalities in this version(other that the necessary for the union of 2.0 and 2.2 series).

And next step are to implement the new functionalities, and support for the new version of php/mysql/apache, and the new theme support, and other stuff for the 2.4/3.0.

And not everything at same time, nor to implement the new functionalities first.

I'm patient, my question was only to know if exist a timing for the release. But I understand that the timing is changed.

I wait for news.

The Core Devs have been talking about the release of 2.25, hopefully not long, let's say no more than two weeks?

If anyone could help test the svn branch, would be much appreciated.
