With all my respects to webmin, it's more of a linux control panel and not a server CP (sometimes it's easyer to use a shell then Webmin).
Virtualmin is not such a good choice and is lake a lot of features for a webhosting app, and the pro version is not GPL.
The question relies much @ what distro you use (I assume linux/unix, but of course it can be also msXXit too) ...
I needed a CP for CentOS 3.5 so it was quite hard to find, but again - depends on your OS and installations...
