Also, I must say that this thread has been a true ray of light in the darkness of certain threads lately. It was good the read all your comments. A fresh breeze

From the day I discovered XOOPS, I literaly fell in love with the project ! The project is great, the community is great, the people are great !

So let's look ahead of us and let's build something greater than ourselves !

I do not have something to add to these words, except that I, as a (happy) user of XOOPS, am once again more convinced of my choice for XOOPS !!
Good to read that is !

(As for the call for additional heads and hands, I hope to get my hands more free in a few months. I'm not a programmer but offer my service to my local (Dutch) translation team. After all there is more work to be done then the dev work...)

@Herko, perhaps most of the following things have been done but I would take the chance to speak out:

I did not intend to suggest annnouce the "new" developers but the new way of the core dev team goes.
Same for management team, I am not suggesting to publish news of the "news/other team" members, but rather use official news to inform community that what, how Teams will be established/organized, and publically call for team members if necessary.

And perhaps it is an option to create such usernames for publishing relevant news or announcement, "ManangementTeam", "NewsTeam", "AnyTeam", and the id holders are not necessary to be disclosed.

Happy to see XOOPS is making progress, as always.
Glad to hear your personal good news and I suggest "News Team" to announce it once you get everything ready : )

i'm joining phppp as i prefer to stay realistic after all those "words".. if you got the idea, you already know there's much more to do.. (project management, processes,etc).

I'm sincerely happy to see XOOPS Leader Team back into a wisely attitude and lighten mind.. as it has been sayed in another thread.. i also hope to see some good friends coming back to improve this project into a real Open Source's Spirit with that great pluri-cultural and mul-ethnic community in mind.

Maybe that way XOOPS will made the difference !

Thank you very much for this initiative. It's going in the good way.

I just hope that the community will bring us support, help and ideas and that we will be able to hear it.

Let's try to do things better, together and to give a real sense to "made by you".
