xHelp block - tickets assigned

When members of the info services team log on to the company intranet, I'd like to have a block at the very top of the home page that lists all the open tickets currently assigned to them.

Do I need to create a custom block for that? (I don't see it in the module's blocks - or maybe I'm missing it?).

If I need to create a custom block, how would I do that?

The block already exists, it's called open tickets

Hmmmm

According to the module blocks, I have double of all the blocks...which is indicative of a bigger problem I suppose. And I don't see an open tickets block, I see:

-Recently viewed tickets (2 of these)
-Dept tickets (2)
-My open tickets (2)
-Ticket actions (2)


So you're saying if enable the My open tickets block, this block will tell support staff which tickets are assigned to them? (I believe when I enabled it before, it was telling users which tickets they logged which are still open).

*sigh* Hopefully I haven't fubar'd this too badly...

It does both - if you are a staff member it shows the tickets assigned to you. If you are a user it shows tickets you have submitted. We have internally talked about breaking them into two different blocks to ease confusion, but haven't made a decision on that one yet.
