According to the module blocks, I have double of all the blocks...which is indicative of a bigger problem I suppose. And I don't see an open tickets block, I see:
-Recently viewed tickets (2 of these)
-Dept tickets (2)
-My open tickets (2)
-Ticket actions (2)
So you're saying if enable the My open tickets block, this block will tell support staff which tickets are assigned to them? (I believe when I enabled it before, it was telling users which tickets they logged which are still open).
*sigh* Hopefully I haven't fubar'd this too badly...
