Some users can't register

On some of the pcs, user registration is not possilbe, i always get the error tellimg me that registration failed. Also on the same pc, when i login on the admin account i can't make any changes to the database, what i mean is that each time i try to make changes to a block or anyting else, i get an error telling me that block number # could not be modified or someting like that. And this is only on certain pcs, on others everyting works.

Are there any settings that need to be changes to fix this, because i know that the changes are done on the server side, and yet these errors are common only to certain pc.

How to give user admin privilages

In the user edit section i can make the user a webmaster, but that doesn't seem to allow the user to access the admin area. Could someone please show me how to give user admin privilages.

What i mean is that v5 will make php a fully oo language. Right now v4 is not and so there are a lot of limitations to it when it comes to oop. I already know that XOOPS is oo, but just wondering if you guys will take advantage of v5 new capabilities or will you stick with v4.

I was just wondering if the future version of xoop will take full advantage of new version of php making it fully oo. Not that its not now, but there there is a lot more options/support for oo in php5.

Anyways just wanted to know which way the development of XOOPS is going.

Making more pages

I want to make a page and add some custome html to it, is there an easy way of doing this.

In other workds:
When i installed the forums or other modules, a new page is made for these, but is there a way to just make a new page without a default module for it.

Another question, is, for some of my modules i can't make them visible for quests, the forum is one of these. Could you give me a suggestion on what i can do here as well.

the forum page is on its own, there are no usual bloogs at the sides. Could someone please tell me how i can make the forum fit instide my general portal theme.

Are there any themes or templates that i can download for the forums that come with the portal.

I just installed XOOPS and the forums, but the forums just have text and buttons, no pre-design theme and template like the main portal. If there shoud be one, could someone tell me what i am missing here.
