I cannot seem to find where the theme volblack defines its banner. I can save over the banner file but it is a JPG and I want to use a GIF. Any help would be appreciated. (I have looked in xobanner.html does not seem to define the file)

I cannot login as any of my users. It will reset the password but when I try to login I get "No corrisponding user info." which is real odd considering it send the password correctly. It all seemed to start from when I was adding a whole bunch of users manualy through extended profiles. By a whole bunch 30-40 not really all that many. I need help dont assume I did anything because I didnt I am not a programer. The only thing I did was try and update to see if that would fix the issue it didnt.

No offense J but that didnt answer the question at all it was more of a sales pitch.

I am sorry to answer a question with a question but do you have SSH (shell access) availible to you?

If not we can still do this.

I will PM you with a flash tutorial feel free to watch it if you want.

Jphilipson,
Do you believe a host can go through 100+ peoples code (per server) plus his own and make sure that there will be no issues? Its simply not possible to run down every error or hack in everybodies code. Now yes your host should be able to give you an idea of what actual page or scripts is causing the probelm as they can see what process is taking so much of the CPU. Also read the TOS sometimes its against the TOS for the host to actualy mess with the code or site the only thing he can do (because of the contract) is suspend or unsuspend accounts. (along with create and terminate) Now I am not saying that poor support is justified I am just saying make sure you try and comminicate to your host the issues and ask the questions your being asked here.

None of the files are missing its just looking in the wrong location...

There must be another spot I need to change the root path.
