Do you fit the pattern: able to change the first modules, but not the last modules?

I didn't understand about the php.ini files.

Tq Ghia...I have restored all the backup files and upgrage to 2.3. really terrible huhu...
Now my other problem is I cannot edit the module administration page. Before this it's ok but suddenly everytime I try to edit (e.g. to change the 1 value to 0, or to uninstall certain modules) I will be redirected to the system configuration page without the modules setting being changed.
Why? Is it something to do with the permission of my files on ftp software? or what?
