I have instaled the altsys module... but my custom block still donw showing..

And with altsys dont create a new block... show a error

When i put some block online in insert buttom... show this

Now the admin panel its working.. but still dont showing custom blocks..

In xoops_data folder have: caches dir, configs dir, index.html and readme.txt.
