thanks jdsymour, but what I need is to change not the message, but the whole layout of this page.

Sorry (my fault), I meant the layout of this page.

I tried editing the "site closed" message that appears when the admin closes the site for mainteinance.

Resized Image

editing the "modules\system\templates\system_siteclosed.html" file, but after reloading, nothing has changed.

¿Which is the file I must edit?

irmtfan I know its a lot to ask, but I can´t find some of this modules in the repository section, such as multimenu 1.18.2 or wfdownloads 3.1, and some more,

maybe you could post here the links you downloaded it from?

this is the message I get in the debug pop-up:

Quote:
All errors (0) queries (6) blocks (0) extra (0) timers (3)

Queries
SELECT * FROM xoops_config WHERE (conf_modid = '0' AND conf_catid = '1') ORDER BY conf_order ASC
SELECT sess_data FROM xoops_session WHERE sess_id = '397470011bce3e74aee94d5a54dca521'
SELECT * FROM xoops_users WHERE uid=1
SELECT * FROM xoops_modules WHERE dirname = 'system'
SELECT * FROM xoops_modules WHERE (hasadmin = '1' AND isactive = '1') ORDER BY weight ASC, mid ASC
SELECT * FROM xoops_modules
Total: 6 queries

Anyway, I think maybe I should try with the modules you propose irmtfan, but one of them is News1.44 and is not working for me right... (maybe is cause my 2.0.16 version is in spanish ?¿)

AND, what I get in the admin panel:

PS: I currently use the 2.0.16 version,

@ jesnclas:

I use the right folder, I checked it, and of course I ve already read most part of the documentation docs, the FAQ´s section, even the tutorials on your web before start asking for help as a crazy guy. I´m simply desperate, cause I cant see any logical reason for this.

I´ve got the same problem, but I dont know how to solve it.

I have the XOOPS installed on a commercial server running Linux and Apache (but I dont have access to it, but to my folder via FTP, as usual)

Where did u change this "apache:apache" config?

Actually I got 2 modules running, (besides the default admin), but I uploaded a few more, such as Xlanguage, iMenu, TrremenuXL, RMGS (RM Soft Gallery system), RMDP (downloads module), ... But none of them pops up in the admin panel.

Any idea?

first enabled and no errors showed (a lot of queries, but no errors), now disabled, same result.

its how it looks:

I realized it looks like incomplete, like not showing all the uninstalled modules under that line....

I had the same error in a Linux server. I tried the proposed solution in that FAQs and It WORKS!

I.ve got the same problem, but I actually have the CBB 3.07 (forums) and the XF Article modules working right, so as far as I can understand, I have well positioned the Frameworks directory (into root folder) and the xoops-editor (into class folder).

BUT, I cannot see the others modules that I uploaded to the modules folder: iMenu, Xlanguaje, TreemenuXL, RMDP (downloads), and a few more.

They dont pop-up in the admin panel, so I´m not able to install them!

Any idea?
