Can someone point me to the correct file to update so that I can put some extra "user friendly" information into this message.
The last thing that I want to do is turn away valid registrations, so if I could add some more text to inform the user what to do if they believe they have a valid registration request.
Something along the line of...
"Sorry, due to spamming we no longer automatically allow registration with the email address .....@..... Please either use another email address or send an email to
me@my-email.com to request registration"
