Anyone for cricket?

The poms have forgotten how to swing the ball and take wickets! The Ashes will be coming home!

(Come on aussie c'mon, c'mon...Come on Aussie C'mon!)

Re: Anyone for cricket?

I know I've been out of the country for quite some time now... but isn't it "aussie aussie aussie, oi oi oi!" these days?

Re: Anyone for cricket?

Gees Monty - nothin like trying to popmy bubble...I lived in Sunbury where the ashes originated from so even if the real ones are somewhere else the aussies will win the right to the replica again! yeah I know it's only one out of 5 tests so far but my goodness the poms have a long way to crawl back!

- yeah but I have fond memories of the other!!!

Wonder if Ponting declared overnight??? (we had a state election so the cricket wasn't top of the news stories)

Re: Anyone for cricket?

i'll eat my words today - been a dry argument on the wickets...kudos to Peterson and Collingwood - magnificent batsmen, great double century and great partnership.

Finally a wicket - right on tea time...maybe the game will get a bit more interesting in the final session...reserving judgement till second innings this time!

Check this out: (Forget the Ford advertising)www.tonkapom.com.au

PS you need to beat 572 mt - when i finally hit it!

Re: Anyone for cricket?

My pc goes too slow...had to give it away... I need a faster pc...

BTW - did you manage to tonk a pom? I want to know what happens when the ball you hit lands on a poms head!

I will try again sometime...it'll be a challenge though!

Re: Anyone for cricket?

Dunno - originally i thought so but it appears they are all under the balls flight path...BTW - You have to beat 881 now! that will take you almost to the SCG!
