No it isn't possible ~ why I do not know! XOOPS and Vbulletin would make a great combination and I've been told by the Vbulletin developers that there is no problem with an integration script being written to combine the two.

Could anyone answer why no one is interested in getting these two working together ~ the best portal software and the best forum software

If you guys really want games with high-scores, you should push for the arcade mod to be finished. You can see how it's going on at the dev site - http://dev.xoops.org/modules/xfmod/project/?arcade

I think everyone must be enjoying the festive period, as I asked about a Ipb-x to Newbb2 converter and no one has replied to that either

There's a PHP script called Phaos (browser based RPG) that could be ported to Xoops.

It's at this URL and is quite nice - includes chat, graphical representation of characters, etc. It's worth registering (no email confirmation so really quick) just so you can see its functions. I think it's really nice.

I know it's on the mod dev site now, but little is on there at the moment.

Nah, this is all good. At least you have made a start - I'm sure someone will be able to help out there. It looks like a good mod, and though there doesn't appear to be much interest at the moment, I'm sure there would be when people see it working.

Get it on the dev site asap

Update: m0nty sent me a modified version without header part.

It will now install the sql tables but the admin area is completely screwed, and the arcade page displays just a blank white page
