I would like to see a bit unique BB if possible. Maybe able to upload image and display on the fourm?

I think it will be really cool if each registered user can have his own BB, and then user invite others to come and see his BB and exchange message across BBs.

Cool... any ways that it can be in groups pages? like communities with community logo, news, forums, member list, etc? And communities can choose to "public" or "private" their news and stuff to the main site?

I am looking for something like community module. What I want to do is to have a main XOOPS site, then within the site, it will have many little communities and groups. People who registed with the XOOPS site then can join to these communities or groups. Each community will have their HOME page that shows their news and articles only, can have it's own theme, logo or just diff color, then whatever got posted will also been posted on the MAIN site. Then, when check on user's profile, it will say this person is also belongs to these communities or org or groups, etc.

Any idea? Or does nuke has this that we can port it over?

Take a look at FriendFinder or MyTeam Modules. You can mod the FriendFinder a bit to have the fields you want for those muscle ppl~

Hi,

I created another table related to user's account info and I would like to display them along with current VIEW ACCOUNT page. Can someone give me some pointers?

Anyone knows how userinfo.php displays the page? What files are related to display? I don't see anything in userinfo.php... seems like everything is store into $xoopsTpl but I don't see any codes displaying "$xoopsTpl"

Change files in templates_c ??

Hello,

Is there any way to edit files under templates_c?? I tried but I don't have the permission to edit these files. I have my site with ISP and only cpanel and FTP is available. I even try chmod under FTP and still has no permissions. Any idea? Seems like unix doesn't understand files that starts with "db%". Thank you.
