I am using 2.2.3a
I installed XFGuestbook today and noticed a time stamp problem too. My settings were working fine before and were set correctly in the the administration preferences. I tried to change the timezone offset in Extended Profile fields and that didn't work either.

The only thing that worked was changing my server timezone in the administration preferences. I messed around with it a couple of times and found the setting that brought the post in sink with the actual time. For example: It is correct at GMT -7:00 for the SERVER and GMT-5:00 for my default but I had to set the Server to GMT-2:00.

There must be something wrong in the code but I don't know what it is. Anyone know? It works fine for me now but I don't know if it will effect anything else and not in a good way. There has to be a more permanent and correct way to fix this problem.

You have your width in the IFRAME set to a percentage %. For some reason this doesn't work with IFRAME. Try setting it to width="600" see how that goes and then adjust according to your needs.

I have installed the xfguestbook V2.22 which comes with the Personal Pack for XOOPS 2.2.3a. After installation I generated files in the template and updated the system.

I am using a cloned version for a template with miner modifications. The problem I have is after installation and update etc. my template manager shows a listing of (4) files in both the Default and My Template. When I look in the Default template there are (four) as follows:

xfguestbook_index.html
xfguestbook_item.html
xfguestbook_signform.html

xfguestbook_block_new.html

When I look in my template which says there is a list of (4) there are actually (5, the above four files and this extra one: (which shows it still needs generated but it will not generate, says file doesn't exist).

xfguestbook_post.html

I looked in the templates folder within my control panel and the file is there. I removed my installation completely updated the system to make sure the module was gone and then did a fresh upload and install. Same thing happened. Intresting.....

Any ideas what this file is? Why it's in my template, the template folder in my backend control panel but not showing up in the Default template and why it won't generate in my template? Does it really matter and if not how do I get rid of it?

I believe your difficulty may be in that the AMS for the AMS specific like Topics is not drawing from your Theme style.css but from a file within the AMS module directory. Check in there....
I wish I could help more than that but I have run out of time for now.

Go to your:
modules/system/language/english

Find the blocks.php and open it in your text editor. You can change what you wanted here. For example:


define("_MB_SYSTEM_VACNT","View Account");
define("_MB_SYSTEM_EACNT","Edit Account");

change to

define("_MB_SYSTEM_VACNT"," Your Account");
define("_MB_SYSTEM_EACNT","Modify Your Account");

Save the changes. Go to your site, refresh the page if necessary and the new name should show up.

Hmmm-I remember a similar problem myself but I can't fully recall how I resolved the problem. I think...

Look at your Admin-Template(s)under the list for system to see if it needs to be generated.

Also try going to Admin-Modules and update the system module.

My guess is that you don't have the GMT-Greenwich Mean Time set correctly for one or both of your areas.

Knowing: Where are your servers located and where are you located? Croatia? Would help someone to help you.

Make sure in the administraton for blocks you have the blocks visible for the module you are using as the front page.

I took a look as best I could at the html/wow/theme.html.

I see where you are wanting to include the file xd_cs/menu_gauche.html for your left blocks. I could not find this file anywhere. Make sure your path is correct. Right now it is trying to find this file in:
http://www.thedigitalrob.com/html/themes/wow/xd_cs/menu_gauche.html

Also you may want to add: <{if $xoops_showlblock == 1}> and the close if <{/if}> tag in the appropriate locations for the left blocks loop.

Knowing what version you are using would help. I had a similar problem with version 2.2.3a. However once I installed the Extended Profiles module this problem resolved itself.
