hello im creating a module that have a block section

i know how to make modules without blocks but i dont know how can i add block when i install the module i made..

anyone can show me? or who can i add them in xoops_version.php and also i want my block to call some template i made and i really dont know how to do that anyone can help me anyone from expert :)

i try to read it but i really can't understand about the blocks. because theres no explanation that can explain well
