Re: loads blank page

From previous questions and answers on this forum I suspicion you need to delete all the files in your templates_c/ directory except your index.html
SEE LINK: Ive modified my theme, but why cant I see the changes?

There's an index.html file in the templates_c folder, that protects the folder contents from being listed in a browser, as an added security precaution. If you remove that, your folder contents is open to the world to browse through (and maybe take advantage of).

Re: Unpacking backup of website - HELLLPPPPP

I agree, in the meanwhile he/she may read this and do a checklist to see if they followed these procedure correctly.

How do I move my site from one server to another?

Why do I have a blank white page on my site?

For Starters:
Your website address would help the XOOPS COMMUNITY GURU'S to trouble shoot the problem.

Both your new address and the old one please for comparison purposes.

Re: mysql server wont start

I would go to my(your) site (where they provide the MySql) and ask for support. They should check or tell you how to see if your MySql is live and working as it should. I am on hypermart.net and they are very helpful at taking care of database connections problems I encountered when doing my setup on a Galllery2 -- which had not the same but similar type problems. They told me the problem re: the localhost -- and that I would not have been able to do anything about it. It was on their end.

I would give them a try.

Re: my website was hacked! Now what?

Do you use XOOPS?

A google search of cjfj.net and looking at their cache of your site and the view source does not indicate you where using this XOOPS system. (the source view does show full path names for editing your site)

Also a look at whois.ws does show you are listed and under domain information it gives more information regarding your site performance.

http://whois.ws/whois-net/ip-address/cjfj.net/
http://whois.ws/domain_information-net/cjfj.net/

Your site is pretty public to be considered private.
Maybe you are using oops instead of XOOPS.

I am sorry to hear about you or anyone getting hacked, that is not good.
