i get blank page too often in firefox and may be internet explorer. my error page lists the following - I am not even
using wordpress and newbb modules anymore. I have unstall and deleted these two modules from the server completely.
I don't understand. Help.

Looks like your system thinks those modules exist.

Did you deactivate and uninstall the modules using the correct procedure?

Yes, i deactivated and uninstalled from admin - modules.
Then i removed these two modules from server. I even checked my database table - none there.

From previous questions and answers on this forum I suspicion you need to delete all the files in your templates_c/ directory except your index.html

There's an index.html file in the templates_c folder, that protects the folder contents from being listed in a browser, as an added security precaution. If you remove that, your folder contents is open to the world to browse through (and maybe take advantage of).
