The title is set in the themes/[your theme]/theme.html file.

<title><{$xoops_sitename}> - <{$xoops_pagetitle}></title>

You can change it to pagetitle - sitename or whatever else you want here but just remember that it affects all your pages for all your modules.

The module is Wf-downloads

I can't seem to find it on this site either, so the link is to the module on the developer's site.

In the admin go to system->modules

In the order column number the modules in the order that you want them to appear in the menu.

If you are using WS_FTP LE to find the .htaccess file then you need to use '-a' to be able to see that type of file. On the right there are the ChgDir and MkDir buttons, under that is an empty input area, type -a in that area and hit Refresh. It will show you all files on your site, including .htaccess.

This is of course assuming you're using WS_FTP and that this is your problem... maybe try google to find the way to view .htaccess files for your ftp program otherwise...?

Hope this helps,

I don't think I've seen a site that uses clblocks or crblocks. Most just use the center block and put html formating in the content if they want columns.

Center uses the whole center area, cl and cr splits the center area in half so you can show content on each side.

so you can use:
|-leftcolumn-|-centerLcolumn-|-centerRcolumn-|-rightcolumn-|

or
|-leftcolumn-|-centerCcolumn-|-rightcolumn-|

which is what most sites use.

Take a look at the default theme.html, it'll show it better than I can explain

You'll have trouble finding a theme like that ready made. Images of people can be problematic, with issues of copyright and privacy. Your best bet would be to find a group of young people who don't mind having their images on your website, and taking photos of them to make your own theme.

My design has the list of names displayed with the event page, not the day. My thinking is that the day page would get messy very quickly if there are a lot of people attending a lot of events on the same day. Unless you can suggest a good way of presenting it... I'm still in the early stages of development and it can still be changed if you can convince me that it's a good idea .

The number of people attending an event _will_ be listed on the date page, however. I just didn't see a need to list all the names there as well.

A feature is being added to the extcal calendar module which should suit your needs. It allows a registered user to 'sign up' to an event. The submitter of an event can choose whether to allow this feature for their event. Also, the webmaster can choose to allow this option only to members of certain groups, or not at all.

I'm actually working on this now, but I can't give you an estimate on when it will be finished. You'll hear when it's done

Isn't this just like using a smarty value? Just assign the smarty value the result of your code...

I don't see the difference...? With smarty you'd have to loop through the values in the template though, is that what you mean?

It is still being tested but you can find it at the XOOPS core development patches on SourceForge.
