Where can i find download module used in main xoops.org site?

The module is Wf-downloads

I can't seem to find it on this site either, so the link is to the module on the developer's site.

Another newbie question: how can i put news (full news, not list of news) on start page? like "Welcome to the Official XOOPS website!" and "Latest XOOPS news" on the main xoops.org site.

1. Administration Menu - System Admin - Preferences - General Settings - Module for your start page.
2. Administration Menu - System Admin - Blocks.
