How do I add fields into the registration program?

How do I customize the registration field to have the additional fields that we would like to have about our parents?

Such as 'child's name' and graduation year.

Or is this better done through a module add-on?

How do I setup a block with an email address and an automatic subject in it.

It comes back with a 'forbidden warning You don't have permission to access /modules/system/admin.php on this server.' when I do this.

Banner ads being blocked

I put some .gif files in the Banner ads. The problem is that the security programs like to block these ads.

Is there a way to stop the security program from identifying these gifs as ads?

Also, if I just use an HTML ad, it works. How do I use HTML code in this spot. The HTML codes seem to be getting stripped out when displayed.

In that case, can you not do a comparison of the two setups to find the difference.

Have you tried copying the files from the working version over to the non working version.

Don't have a clue.

I am running 3.06. Haven't gotten the courage to try the 3.07 yet. Once I followed the instructions exactly, I got 3.06 working.

The version of XOOPS 2.0.15 has had the 'form.php' problem fixed on it?

Protector was not an issue with 3.06.

There may have been a conflict with the members and the sponsors modules. I removed them and haven't tried them since. But that was a different error than you are getting.

There was a post on changing the default editor. I would give that a try. Make sure the default editor is one of the basic editors. I had that problem with News. It was defaulted to an advanced editor - and would not give a space to post since I didn't have that editor properly installed.

Thank you very much for your help.

It was a local problem.

I was using a computer with EZ Firewall on it. Under the privacy setting, I can turn on "Ad Blocking". High blocks all banner ads and all pop-up/pop-under and animated ads. Medium - where it was set - blocks all Pop-up/pop-under and ANIMATED ADS. Of - well that is just off.

Somehow it had gotten turned on several days after I had put the ads on line.

The moral of the story is that I need to design the ads so that they work even if they are frozen. The first image on the ad should make sense for those that have the ads on but frozen!

Animated GIF's in Banner

I had put some animated GIF's as Banner ads. They seemed to work fine for the first day or so. However, they seem to have stopped running. {www.ladads.info}.

Any ideas?
