Try with Solo's multiMenu-1.7

With multiMenu-1.7 u can set up sub links (dynamic or static) and which groups will be shown, example: news-1.3
Mainlink - yourdomain.com/modules/news (viewable by all)
Dynamic - yourdomain.com/modules/news/submit.php (viewable by webmasters, registered)
Dynamic - yourdomain.com/modules/news/archive.php (viewable by all)

Footer can be changed from administration/system/preferences - Meta Tags and Footer

Specialy for 1.3:

Log in as Admin, go to module preferences, and set up to YES - Enable authors to edit their post

Try to repost in this way:
I have XOOPS (which version)
I have newbb/ipb/phpbb (which version)
PHP, Apache and MySQL (versions) will be a plus
Reproduce the error, eg when I log as admin/user or anonymous and I clicked something happend other things etc.

Try again:
Go to adiministration/system/blocks
and create custom block with this text:

Custom block for anonymous :)

now save it, and set it visible to top page, center-center
now click back to administration/system/groups
click on anonymous group, go to the bottom of the page, select your custom block placed under: Center, and u're in.

than go to administration/system/groups, select registered and uncheck the custom center block if is allready checked - result - xoopsbg.org (block is placed in the top center (Attentoin in English) :)

Try with FireFox 1.0.3 and then report again, sometimes XOOPS 2.0.9/10 doesnt load propertly on IE 5.5/6.0 SPx.x.xx.

I was recievied thousands of error reports for the popups, blocks, specialy news 1.3 (there is still no version news 2.0). All of this errors depends on MS Internet Exploder, Exploder is not CSS compilant web browser.

to fbb803: And your sollution doesnt look good, it comes on the top of the page, not in the center like power-dreams.com who will see it somewhere aroung the page...

All forks who was created on the top of XOOPS show it (the loading bar) in the center of the page, no mater wich module are u trying to select, but XOOPS nope, dosent support it

Cool, but this works only with the log in/log out part, how can be applied to all loadings, switching from news to download, forums, smartmedia, smartfaq etc. ?
