I would like to have a button in the Mylinks module, that would allow the users to print the list of the links submitted in a category (the one they are browsing); a table with link name, description and link itself would be perfect.

I don't know how to program this. Could anyone help ? I saw some functions of that type in other odules, so I can imagine it's not so difficult, but I have not the skills to do this myself.

Thanx

News 1.3.11 : blank page : pbject.php and line 175

I have XOOPS 2.0.13, and just upgraded from Module News 1.2.1 to 1.3.11.

At first my news did not appear, but after running the upgrade script, everything was fine.

When I try to post a news, or edit one, I get a blank page, and after Debug menu set to PHP, I get this error :

Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 47 bytes) in /var/www/html/kernel/object.php on line 175

I really don't know what to try, so any help would be greatly appreciated ...

Thanx.

Is it possible to make Mylinks check if the submitted link already exists ?

If not, I think this would be a great feature to include ...

Thanx

I have had the same problem, repaired the xoops_session table and it works again.

Do U think I will have to go often to phpmyadmin to do the repair ? Is it recursive ?

Thanx.

Hi !

I cannot connect to my site anymore, and I did not change anything in the meantime as I was not at work :

When I try to login, the system recognizes me (displays the welcome page) but then brings me back to the login screen ...

Any1 has an idea of how to login again, and eventually correcting the problem ?

Thanx.

Personalized block not showing color text

I upgraded from 2.0.7.3 to 2.0.9.2 by deleting the content of the www dir, uploading the new core, uploading the used modules files, uploading the former mainfile.php, and that's it (the MySQL database remained the same).

Everything is fine but one thing :

I have a personalized block, in which I had a title, looking like this : Example.

The problem is that what is displayed is this : b] color=006600]Example /color][/b, instead of the colorful text (I took some brackets away here just to show you an example).

I tried to modify the block and save it again, but it does not work, neither the fact of deleting the content of template-C content (what seems strange to me is that the files in that folder are xxxyyyy.html.php files (here is an example : %%03^03C^03C7BAEB%%db%3Amultimenu_block_02.html.php) ...).

Worse, all the blocks I try to create have now the same problem ... Any advice and help will be much appreciated !

Zorg

[Update] What is strange is the fact that it is happening even on a clean test fresh installation.

DOes any1 have the same problem or am I alone ?

I also found that the fact of choosing the options "auto format (smilies enabled)" or "auto format (smilies disabled)" solved the problem, the text is then well formatted. My problem is that I then have a big big space between the beginning of my block and the beginning of my text ...

Well in fact, it did not work ... Even after having added that line ...

Do I have to uninstall Newbb and reinstall it, so that it would work ?
