I know that this issue has been solved, but this may help future visitors... download and install "blocksadmin"... its a mod for 2.0.x and it is outstanding... all of your access rights for every module and block are easily acceessed in one window (there is no longer any back and forth..) 5 stars for blocks admin!

I had a similar problem with newbb... i fixed this very easily by using cbb :) not to mention that i found this particualr module cleaner... obviously i mean no offense to the author of newbb, its just my opinion..

also dont ever be afraid of a clean install.. you lose alot of content yes... but isn't it worth it for a un-corrupted database?

I am having the same issue with the application just flunking on me... The concept is outstanding... especially for my particular situation... I have a clan site, and xroster is the perfect module with the exception of the key feature... THE APPLICATION.... man let me tell you its driving me nuts... and now there's an email bug? wow... something to look forward to.

i believe i have narrowed down the source of the problem...

look at xroster\include\function.php

only problem is idk what exactly is the problem yet... but i am certain this file is the source. be warned im a n00b.

I am also a new user... and it seems to me that without using the customizable mudules (i.e. wf_"") the only other option is to clone the mudules you want to allow certain members admin too.... by doing this you still maintain some degree of security... as far as the look and feel differing between your users... you can simply drop in a few themes... edit a couple css files... and allow your users to select which theme they want... But like I said I am also a new member and am having some "why can't I do this" issues as well. Hope it works out for you:)
