Just a note on the weather, I live in Queensland Australia and we are in the middle of a hot spell of 36 - 45Deg c. here at the moment, Christmas morning 5am and it's in the 30's already. I would love to see a white Christmas.

Cheers
Enjoy your Christmas and New Year and peace to everyone.

Yes I know, I know....

I have been around for the last six months but in the background watching and working away minding my own business not making any waves...
I have no problem with separating the two cms's on my site, as I am at the stage now that due to a lack of support one of them may well go anyhow!

I would love to join the "team" but the last one I joined I soon felt alienated due to my 10 hour time differance that meant I could not activly partake in the management in real time.

Anyhow ModsCentral XOOPS is still open for your consideration (Stand alone site / XOOPS Only) if you guys are interested 99% of the work is done

Cheers

Hey guys, remember me?
A Central Repository has been setup for over a year, its called ModsCentral, all it needs is a rubber stamp to approve it! and a few enthusiastic people to fire the engines (so to speak.

I've been supporting XOOPS since year dot.

Cheers

Hi everybody, Neon here.

My turn to ask for a hand.
I need a new theme for XOOPS 2 that would suit my local Bushwalking Club's new website.
I have donated a domain and a years hosting to them and installed XOOPS 2 but have not found a theme that would suit that type of community group.

It would need to have clean fine lines with room at the top for a header picture of people tramping through a rain forest or similar, probably in earth tone colours but not bold.

So if anyone has a theme or can put a theme together with that description that they would like to donate, it would be most appriciated. Oh and of course, you will get a heap of credit for your work too.

Thanks all & Have a great Christmas & New Year
Cheers

Hi Dottie,

Looks like I have to push my Band Wagon a bit again and let you know about ModsCentral.com, I have the biggest English speaking Central Repository (Sponsored by Spidersaid.com) for XOOPS Modules available, where you are able to have your "working" modules hosted for users, ModsCentral has been going for over a year and has a couple hunded modules and hacks and bits about mods in a FAQ section. If you havn't been there before, then come on over as we support XOOPS for you guys.

See ya there too!

Sounds like you have not chmod'ed 777 the cache directory and 666 the file within. This would cause the setting NOT to be saved.
