I mean $xoops_banner, it tiles across the header to fill it. If you check out my site (www.burning-river.com) you'll see what I mean. It's hard to notice because the gif is fairly large (approx 790px wide) but I want to change it to a banner with my logo and it looks like crap.

Thanks

Easy one (I think): How do I keep the image in my header from tiling in larger displays? I just want to center it.

Thanks.

I've switched mywebsite to the IS_Urbanize theme, actually - really cool. The only problem (and I'm guessing it might be related to this thread) is that if I edit style.css to adjust the width of the left and right columns, nothing happens.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing? I've done it with other themes (although I can't swear that I've done so since upgrading Xoops).

I'm too new to answer that one. With newbbex I wasn't even able to find newbbex.css - I had to create classes in style.css and then edit that classes that were being used by the module (which is why I eventually gave up).

Obviously, converting 170px to a percentage is dependant upon the screen res (on a 1024x768 it would be right around 17%). Did you edit the CSS sheet for the forum itself? I started down that road, but quickly realized I'd have to either let anything I put in the center inherit the same settings(if it used the same classes) or create new classes and edit every template in the message board. My point is, if you tweaked that at all, you'll also have to adjust it in the other templates...which is daunting.

1.23a (I couldn't find a link to download1.22) yields the same error after I upgraded XOOPS to 2.0.9.2

Did you look at AMS 2.2? If you want to see it in action, you can check out the Reviews on my website (www.burning-river.com). So far the only problem I've found with it is that you can't list the articles alphabetically (it lists them chronologically, so if you wanted to you could tweak the publish times each time a new article is posted).

I'm not married to Edito, that's just what I have so far. If someone could tell me how to accomplish what I want with another module, then great.

I haven't been able to find anything in the docs,or through searches that covers this. Heck, I haven't even seen (or at least recognized) it on another XOOPS site yet.

I couldn't find anything in the FAQs, but I just played with the CSS sheets and eventually tripped over it.

How do I change the font settings within a module? For clarification, I want to adjust the Forum descriptions to a slightly smaller font and perhaps tweak the color, but I can't figure out what file(s) I need to edit.

Thanks
