Yes I read that too and it solved part of the problem. After "reloading" the webmasters group in system admin, the system admin button was on top again. I'm still left with the double buttons though and I still like to choose the order of the buttons.

Thanks for the reply!

who's on line shows me as a guest and a member. it takes a least half an hour to update in db before it shows me as just member. in general the online db does not update on the fly. i am using version 2.0.3, without upgrading completely is there any fix for this issue?

I would like some generic database modules, where you can specify fields and operations... here are some examples.

moduleCreator:

Hooks Module Proposals:
PN Hooks Module Proposal

But, for performance and ease of use (read quality of code) reasons, I prefer XOOPS instead of switching to the CMS these modules are currently ported for.

OH YES!!!

That would be absolutely fabulous!

An option to disable the popup window when creating PM's. In fact, I find it very annoying each time I reply or create a message. Is there a way to make it flat or 'self' rather than the new window?

Thanks

It's a little bug.

The only way I read somewhere is to update the groups in CP. Sometimes the 'general preferences' module is automaticaly ordered fist, sometimes not...

hope this will help you...

That's OK I am just going to use the block future of the chat.

It is about time someone makes a Java Chat module.

Hi people!

I'm still struggling with this problem. Anyone got experience with sorting the modules buttons in the control panel? I tried just about anything I could come up with, but then again I'm not a php guru

To be clear: I'm *not* talking about the sort order of modules in the navigation block on the frontpage.

XOOPS comes installed with no sample content, blocks or modules installed or activated. This is what a clean install looks like. If you have installed any additional modules and aded content, I'd check the anonymous user group access to that module, if I were you. To do that, log in as admin, go to system admin -> groups and check every module you want your site's visitors and members to have access to.

I can't figure out why the menu shows, but nothing else does. I thought it was Norton, but after turning it off (and subsequently admin returning) it still doesn't show. Is this what XOOPS should look like?
