So... trying to follow thread of people smarter than me...

I did:

1. download cvs file: main.php

1.b. install that over my old main.php (xoops 2<mine <=xoops2.0.3)

2. didn't touch database [I'm not sure why I would need to... unless perhaps a change I made in the db (ie. changing id of one of the categories) might mess something up]?

Then image manager still showed only 1 category... that category is the category that I added after all the other ones dissappeared... any ideas?

I guess I am the ONLY person is having this problem.

The problem I have fugured out is that once the new password was sent to you, XOOPS will re-direct you to user.php page, but with attachedment like this

user.php?xoops_redirect="......."

If you were to log in through this re-directed page, a new password request email would be generated and be sent to you. To a novice person, he/she would be attempting to click on it and the whole cycle re-starts again.

If you were to log in directly or delete the whole phrase "?xoops_redirect=......" in the re-directed page, no new email would be generated.

I am trying to figure out how I can set the re-direct to a simple user.php page without all the attachment.

Or if this could be done through user.php, so it would not trigger the lostpass.php again.

Anyone???

One of my previous post was incorrect. Please remove additional hack in /class/xoopsform/formcheckbox.php inside function addOptionArray. It would cause GROUP ADMIN to show up hyperlink for BLOCKS. Why no people told me the problem? May be no one used the hack. It was my first hack. So, please forgive me. Hope my others would be correct for you all. Well, this is the way to solve BLOCKS in multilingual in GROUP ADMIN.

edit /class/xoopsblock.php, just inside function &getAllBlocks, add this to line 344 Quote:
$myts =& MyTextSanitizer::getInstance();
and modify the line 377 to be Quote:
$ret[$block->getVar("bid")] = $myts->makeTboxData4Show($name);

If it caused problem, please post here. Thanks a lot.

Be sure that you uploaded the module files to

modules/imenu/

and not to

modules/imenu/imenu/

This is often the problem of unzipping the module package and causes the "Modulefile not found" error.

Go to administration/system admin/blocks and change the weight of your new block (to the lowest in that column) and it should go to the top.

I was wondering


In the "Edit Advertising Client" menu I have the option of entering "Client Login" and "Client Password".

But where is the client supposed to log in?

It does not work In the user login!
